Graduate Program
Women's Studies at the University of Maryland is an interdisciplinary program of study of women and men in society within both historical and contemporary contexts and from multicultural and multiracial perspectives.
The program:
- Offers BA, MA/Ph.D., minor, and certificate programs
- Includes approximately 50 undergraduate and 30 graduate courses on women
- Promotes research about women across the disciplines
- Has a core department faculty of 10 and more than 90 affiliate faculty housed in other departments who teach cross-listed course
